Exchange Policy:
Unfortunately, we do not currently have an exchange service. However, you can return your products and create a new order.
Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after seven days have passed.
2- The product must be in good condition to be returned and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer bears the costs incurred by the return process, and in the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
